Class Description: Join Laura Wilson, founder of Natural Pilates, for a 45 minute full body burn pilates class. We’ll focus on low-impact movements using bodyweight to achieve that full body burn. You’ll learn the main principles of Pilates, which emphasize breath, control, and body awareness and finish the class feeling stronger than ever.
