Class Description: Welcome to '5 Days of Sculpt' with Jess Hastings: Day 4. In today's 20 minute workout, we'll be focusing on the ass and abs using ankle weights and light weights. Start off by warming up the body with squats, followed by donkey kicks, a sidelying combo, side planks, and repeating on the other side. We'll finish off with glute bridges and lower abs.
