Class Description: Welcome to a full body HIIT-lates class. This workout combines high-intensity interval training (HIIT) with Pilates-inspired movements for a full-body cardio burn. You'll move through 30-second intervals, focusing on controlled, intentional exercises that challenge your endurance, stability, and strength. Start off with squats to fire up the body, followed by a standing arms and leg combo, a side plank series, and a booty + arms blast before finishing strong with core-focused crunches and abs work. Modify as needed—grab heavier or lighter weights, slow things down, and move in a way that feels best for you. Let’s get moving!
Optional Equipment: Light Weights | Ankle Weights
