Class Description: Join Hallie Haupert for a 20 minute sculpt class with ankle and light weights. Start by firing up your booty and core with moves like donkey kicks, bear planks, and split kicks. Then, hit lunges, shoulder presses, chest flys, and bicep curls, plus some quick cardio bursts with jumping jacks. Then repeat it all on the other side!
