Class Description: A challenging, combo-filled workout that lengthens and tones head to toe. The class starts with oblique planks, then moves into slider lunges (side and reverse) for lower-body sculpting. Flow into a row + booty combo, hit abs, repeat on the other side, and finish strong with standing arms and a final plank.
