Class Description: Join Rachel for a 35 minute, no equipment Pilates sculpt class. Feel free to use ankle weights if you'd like to level up! Class will start off with an arm series, followed by donkey kicks, side planks, clamshells, inner thighs, glute bridges, and abs.
