Class Description: This high energy, 35 minute total body sculpt class is all about efficiency! We'll warm up the core with forearm planks and side planks, followed by an ab sequence with sit ups and reverse crunches, standing legs, donkey kicks, standing arms, and a back series laying on the stomach.
