Class Description: This 25 min full body workout covers it all - glutes, core, biceps and shoulders. You'll start with a warm up (chest + back opener) and move into step ups into presses, hammer curls, jumping jacks w/ weights, side lying series w/ bands, abs on back w/ bands and repeat it all over!
