Class Description: This 30 min full body class will sculpt your body from head-to-toe, in a slow and controlled fashion. You'll find kneeling arms sequences while squeezing a pilates ball, standing legs w/ a chair, barre-inspired squat series and more. This is a great class to start your day with - it will get wake you up and get you moving!

Class Description: This 30 min full body sculpt class will strengthen your body and free your mind. You'll warm up with a yoga-inspired flow, turn up the heat on your glutes and core and finish with an arms sequence. Expect plank combos, kneeling booty combos, abs on back and kneeling arms.
