Class Description: Welcome to '5 Days of Sculpt' with Jess Hastings: Day 1. In today's 35 minute workout, we'll be sculpting, toning, and lengthening the full body using optional light weights, ankle weights, and gliders. We'll start by warming up the core and body in mountain climbers, followed by a back and side lunge series. After that, we'll get on all fours for a booty combo (think rainbows and fire hydrants), followed by some core work and scissor kicks. After repeating everything on the next side, we'll work the arms using light weights.
