Class Description: Join Jess Hastings, the creator of Move Club for a 35 minute, intense sculpt class. Move to the beat of the music in this full body class focusing on combinations. We'll start off with a warm-up and plank work, then get into the lower body with lunges and donkey kicks, moving onto arms, abs, and a cardio finisher.
