Class Description: Welcome to '5 Days of Sculpt' with Jess Hastings: Day 2. In today's 20 minute workout, we'll be focusing on the arms and abs with light weights. Start off with a 2 minute plank series to warm up the core. Then we'll fire up the shoulders and triceps in a standing arm series, followed by tricep dips. The next 5 minutes will focus on the core and obliques, finishing with bicep curls.
