Class Description: Strengthen and lengthen your body from head to toe in this 30 minute total body barre class. Your muscles will burn using your own body weight and props; think light weights and super high reps. Expect a barre warmup, side plank series, tricep / ab combos, weighted arm series, booty series on the mat, and finishing with ab crunches.
