Class Description: Grab your mini band and get ready to work out to the beat of music in this 30 minute express barre class with Hannah Bornstein. We'll tone the whole body using mini band and light weights, starting with squats, planks, and c-curved abs, followed by standing legs, glutes on all fours, and an isolated arm sequence.
