Class Description: A 25 minute full body workout with Marissa from Move House. This class is inspired by reformer pilates, but on the mat. We'll also be using ankle weights for an extra challenge. Expect plank to pikes, pushups, side lunges, mountain climbers, oblique planks, standard crunches, and bicycle crunches.
