45 minute full body blast. This class combines functional fitness, plyometric work, and sculpting in one heart pumping class. The goal: a high volume (reps) low resistance (weight) workout with short rest intervals that aims to improve muscle tone + improve cardiovascular fitness. Equipment includes a set of weights (from low weights to heavy weights).
