Class Description: 30 minute glute-focused, booty burn. Use a band and a bench/chair to spice up your workout, featuring three circuits of three movements each, 40 seconds on and 15 seconds to rest. Start with lateral side steps to fire up the glutes and quad, into squats, lunges, glute bridges, pulsing squats, and deadlifts.
