Class Description: Join instructor Maggie through a 30 minute full body strength building class using two heavy weight dumbbells, building muscle in your entire body and making daily tasks easier. Start with some mobility exercises (think hip circles, squats, and arm circles), single leg deadlifts, weighted lunges, standing core work, dumbbell woodchops, and bird dog variations with rows.
