Class Description: In this 30 min sculpt, you'll mainly focus on your lower body, using your yoga block as a prop (although it's optional for class!) You can expect squat series (w/ calf raises), plank series, kneeling booty combos and finishing with abs on back. This is a sweaty, fast-moving class!
