Class Description: Take a 30 minute full body class with Karen Medina, with some oblique side planks, an ab sequence with a ball and hand weights, an arm and legs combo (leg lifts, tricep kickbacks, lunges, bicep curls), a glute series on all fours, inner thighs, and bicycle crunches.
