Class Description: Today we're doing a 30 minute total body sculpt class on the mat! Put your ankle weights on and keep your medium weights close by. Class will include a plank series, bird dogs, a booty series, side planks, side lying inner thighs, pushups, superman, lower abs, and ending with a quick arm workout.
