Class Description: This 35 minute total body sculpt is an advanced workout with challenging combos! After a quick warmup we'll start with a plank combo of knees + dips, followed by russian twists, a crunch combo, donkey kicks + booty work, standing arms, and a lunge/plank/pushup/snow angel combo.
