Class Description: This 35 minute total body sculpt class is all about efficiency! After a quick warmup, we'll head to the mat where we'll start on the stomach with some supermans and push ups. We'll then dive into abs, a booty band combo, a side lying series, squats, standing arms, mountain climbers, + more.
