Every section of class begins with a sixty second isometric hold followed by ten exercises for twenty seconds each for a total working time of four minutes and twenty seconds per block. Each class stacks blocks on top of each other to deliver a full body workout. Equipment includes a light set of hand weights, a band, and sneakers.
