Class Description: Get ready for a quick and efficient arms + abs workout with Sweat with Hannah! Start with a quick cat/cow warmup, into some slow bird dog reaches, lower abs on the back, oblique side planks, weighted side crunches on the back, standing crunch combos, kneeling obliques, and ending with some slider work.
