ORRO sculpt classes are designed to give you the ultimate total body burn. In class, you'll tone and lengthen your muscles, while also improving your cardio endurance. Expect a fast-pace class, with light weights, high repetitions and lots of traditional exercises, like planks, squats, push-ups, and more.
